I entered this business for two main reasons; I love architecture and I love helping people. As corny as the second one sounds, I truly mean it! One of the best feelings is walking into a property with a client, stepping back and watching them get excited and start to explore. They begin to see the property for not what it currently is but all that it's going to be when it belongs to them. They see the family that will grow up there and the new life they'll have living there. Then they turn to me and say "This is the one!". To me, it's an amazing thing to be a part of.

They have ranged in price from $20,000-$160,000. While my price range varied, and my reasons why I didn't like houses were sometimes obscure, you never got frustrated with me, and never stopped helping me. Your insight and guidance was always on point and you always had facts to back up your reasons. At no point in those 18 months did I feel you pressure me to one house or another. I always felt that you were working with me, and never for yourself. Your approach was the same in every meeting. One of my favorite aspects of this job is exploring the properties with my clients and weeding them out until we find the perfect one. There is no set time for finding the right property and I am dedicated from day one to find it no matter how long it takes and no matter where our search takes us. I never abandon my clients because it's taking too long or we end of traveling farther than expected.
When the perfect property is found, I'm with you every step of the way from submitting the offer to inspections and then right there with you at the closing table.
The most important thing a Listing agent can do for its Seller is be honest and upfront about the listing price especially when they know it's lower than what the Sellers expect. There are a lot of Agents who just want to get a listing and will give a higher price or just agree with a Seller instead of giving the facts and hard truth. That is something I will do from the very beginning. I will give you my opinion and then show you why I feel that way. It is my duty to always be honest and upfront with you whether we're talking about price, home improvements or negotiating an offer.
